For our client, an international company located in the heart of Warsaw, we are currently looking for a Supply&Demand Planning Manager.
Your new role:
As a Supply&Demand Planning Manager you will be responsible for delivering superior customer value and enabling the organization to deliver improving business results. Your key duty will be leading the affiliate Supply Chain team – and leads the S&OP and forecasting cycle for the affiliate. Being a strong communicator at all levels and with multiple functions in the organization is a part of this role. A person hired on this role will be cooperating with the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory and Demand Analyst teams to understand brand / SKU strategy and develop robust demand plans - which in turn ensure effective supply to meet the affiliate business requirements.
What you will need to succeed:
You will need record of success in supply chain, distribution or logistics management, bachelor degree as well as strong commercial awareness and an ability to lead in a matrix organization: “lead by collaboration”. It is crucial to have at least five years of experience in a Supply Chain in a Health industry and to have previous leadership experience in Logistics/Manufacturing. What should stands out with a Candidate is a strong knowledge and understanding of SAP, especially around Demand and Replenishment processes.
What more is needed, is excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills. Fluent English is a must.
