Supplier Quality Engineer
Person on that position would be responsible for driving quality and technical assessments in support of new sourcing and providing Suppliers with technical oversight and expertise.

Our Client is a Global production Group, which is a leader in manual safety system industry.Regarding further development plans of the company, among others related to the centralisation of tasks in Poland, the Company is currently looking for a person for the position of Supplier Quality Engineer who would be working in the production Plant in Silesia.
Description
- Person on that position would be responsible for:

Driving quality and technical assessments in support of new sourcing
-
Providing Suppliers with technical oversight and expertise in areas such as Process Development, PFMEA, Measurement Systems, Control Plans and Error Proofing

Leading AQP reviews with Suppliers
-
Managing on-time PPAP and Flawless Launch for responsible components
-
Driving process and systemic quality improvements, at assigned supplier sites, through the use of quality tools and validating improvements through defined measurable to reduce quality non-conformance's

Supporting training of internal staff along with other functions on Supplier Quality tools, procedures and work instructions
Profile
Main requirements for the Candidate:
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field required

2-3 years of Quality Engineering experience in increasing responsibility in the areas of Quality, Supplier Quality
-
Expertise with tools and processes such as APQP, Lean, Six Sigma, PPAP, 8D, FMEA, VAVE
-
Understanding of Quality Management Systems ISO-9001/IATF
-
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products and statistical software
-
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Bilingual considered a strong asset
-
Ability to travel up to 70%
