Our client is a global Shared Services business that delivers transactional and advisory business service.To support significant strategic change projects across the firm, they are looking for an experienced Strategy Analyst. This is a new created role. A successful candidate will be reporting to a Strategy Manager and to the Head of the Strategy Team based in London.

Responsibilities:
- As a part of a strategy senior management team you will be working with a wide range of stakeholders across the Firm
- Develop financial and data models and tools that support focused decision making on a variety of business issues and key initiatives
- Identify key trends and their specific implications and raising these with relevant senior managers
- Build appropriate communication materials to optimise focus on strategic changes
- Identifies business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve for them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations.
- Undertaking quantitative and qualitative research regarding business units, competitors and the external market.
- Performance improvement projects at practice / geographic levels
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is required, MBA is preferred
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience including financial analysis
- Strategy consulting experience with leading consulting firm, or within an internal strategic role in a corporate / financial organisation
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills, including presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and proficient in PowerPoint, Word, & Adobe PDF
- Individual must be detailed oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good project management experience and problem solving skills
- Experience of running strategic change projects in complex environments, and influencing at senior management level
- Strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity with the ability to adapt to the situation
- Ability to motivate and inspire
- Team player
- Fluency in English is must
