A 1 stof its kind opportunity has been created to complement our Leicester based Sourcing center of excellence. A Strategic Sourcing Partner to support our newest tech client. As a Strategic Sourcing Expert, you will be at the top of your sourcing game. SEO, Programmatic, AI and Market Insights will be part of your everyday vocabulary.
What you’ll need to succeed:
What you don’t know about the Tech sourcing space probably isn’t worth knowing. You will be curious by nature with an unprecedented thirst for data You will really know your stuff when it comes to the sector and the skills within it, What’s hot, what not, the next big thing and the current landscape challenges.
Using a variety of data and online resources you will provide intelligence that powers our teams sourcing and candidate attraction strategy. You will be skilled at communicating complexity with simplicity. We will see you will soon become the go to person in the team for all things sourcing. You will need to be inquisitive and resourceful, always willing to challenge the status quo and find new angles to engage niche talent pools.
