For one of out Clients, we are looking for experienced candidates for Strategic Buyerposition.
Candidates responsibilities will include creation of category strategy, like taking part in creation of department commercial policy, and development of the range, meaning that product quality meets customer needs etc. Your other responsibilities will include taking care of pricing of products, analysing competitions prizes and more. Providing product specifications and taking care of logistics, will also be in terms of your interest. Candidate should also be familiar with sales and stock management, as well as team management and development.
On this position, you will have influence over selecting suppliers to include UK range, determine retail prices to the framework, and confirmation of buying terms, such asbuying prices, payment terms and delivered dates
Client is looking for an experienced (min. 5 years) candidate, with good customer orientation, planning and organisation skills, and has a knowledge of range of products. Leadership skills and teamwork will be an additional asset.
