For our client - leading international retail company- we are currently searching for the best Candidates for the Store Manager position in Krakow, Poland.
Client Details
The Store Manager's job is to provide the highest level of customer service and maintain high standards in the store, in line with the brand policy. The main tasks include the effective execution of sales plans and the complex management of the subordinate team: motivating and caring for the professional development of employees
Description
- Managing a team of 5-7 employees
- Driving the team to achieve targets of the store budget
- Finding new ways to maximise sales and profit
- Giving first-rate customer service
- Organising training activities to help further development of the team
- Motivating a team in an inspiring way
- Preparing time schedules
- Making sure that everything in the store looks inviting at all times
- Leading the team by example
- Reporting of store results
- Cooperation with HQ
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience preferably in premium/luxury or accessories brand
- Passion for selling and offering an exceptional retail experience to the customers
- Excellence in customer service and sales the ability to drive a team, motivate and develop employee engagement
- Drive and open-minded personality with impeccable personal presentation
- Great communication and social skills
- Native Polish as well as very good level of English
- IT skills (MS office)
