SSC Transition Lead
On behalf of our client, well recognized multinational company with global exposure, which decided to set up new SSC we are looking for experienced professional for the position of SSC Transition Lead. In the initial phase the role will responsible for Transition of processes covering finance and accounting from multiple countries into newly set up SSC. Following transition there is an opportunity to move into a key role in leading the SSC operations.

Description
- Plan and execute Transition in accordance with go live commitments
- Manage transfer of the processes from countries to the SSC in Poland
- Coordinate and facilitate documenting of existing and future processes, policies and procedures
- Assist with training of personnel
- Monitor, take corrective actions if needed and report on progress of Transition
- Drive change management and risk assessment to be able to plan and implement corrective actions
- Manage relationships between SSC team and senior level management across number of countries
- Co-operate remotely and directly with local, regional and global multinational teams
- Lead and execute process improvements ensuring timely closure and benefit realization
- Drive the long-term vision of the process excellence framework
- Manage SSC team
- Team recruitment, development, retention and talent management
- Create a working environment that attracts and fosters employees of the highest calibre
- Manage SSC operations on a daily basis
- Develop, agree, implement and monitor process and systems KPIs and SLAs
- Solve accounting transaction questions and process issues in an agreed upon SLA
- You will be the contact point for escalations
Profile
- Experience in managing team of minimum size 8 FTE and minimum 3 years of people management experience
- Experience within SSC/BPO structures
- Experience with process Transition
- Very good communication skills
- Fluent English, knowledge of French or German would be an advantage
- ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualifications would be an advantage
- Ability to work in diverse cultural environment
- Can do attitude and hands on approach
- Readiness to travel during transition period
