On behalf of my Client, a global and prestigious company, we are looking for the HR Administration Manager to join its Shared Service Center based in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for managing and developing the HR Administration and HR Helpdesk teams including recruitment, coaching, performance evaluation and integration. Moreover, you will be in charge of managing escalations, ensuring that the company’s standards are met, preparing some statistics and reports and supporting Process Improvements initiatives. In addition, the manager will closely cooperate with other teams and business partners to discuss business requirements.
We are seeking candidates with more than 3 years of experience on a managerial position in HR field (gained in SSC/BPO environment). Fluent English is required as well as working knowledge of some ERP systems. In addition, the ideal candidate should present an excellent project and people management and have a positive attitude.
