For one of our Clients- multinational manufacturing company based in Bielsko- Biała- we are currently seeking candidates for the position of SSC Finance Manager.
The successful candidate will lead on all day- to day activities relating to the SSC Finance Team, ensuring all key performance metrics agreed with the Group CFO are being met. This person will be responsible for creating and implementing the policy, structure and strategy. SSC Finance Manager will be responsible for line management of the SSC personnel aligned to the Finance Stream, share and apply best practices in all areas of delivery by SSC team, people management. Finance Manager will be also responsible for provide required analysis of process performance well as identify additional analysis perspectives to support Customers decisions.
We are looking for candidates with excellent English skills. At least 5 years of relevant experience in a Finance Shared Services or BPO environment. University degree (preferably in accounting or other business discipline), international business experience. Understanding of accounting controls, experience in AP, AR and GL, Polish taxes and US GAAP knowledge. Strong people management skills and ability to work in international diversified professional environment is required.
