Our client is an international organization currently looking for a Shared Service Director to grow and oversee the company’s operations in Warsaw. It is an exciting new position playing a key role in the development of the Global model structure.
The role responsibilities involve:
Creating, developing and managing SSC teams
Managing the migration of processes, both within finance and non-finance areas, into the hub structures
Establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships with Senior Stakeholders in the EMEA region
Responsibility for monitoring the quality of the services delivered
Developing and driving a high performance culture across the team, leading people through a number of Team Leaders, through development of objectives and targets for performance and career development.
Candidate’s profile:
Min 6 years of experience in managing team of employees through managers, preferably in a shared services context
Experience gained in a Shared Services Centre on similar position in a dynamic, multinational environment
Very strong leadership and influence skills
Fluent English and Polish is a must have
Experience of building a SSC structure from scratch will be an advantage
