One of our client, international company from Life Science sector is about to set up new SSC in Warsaw. If you want to be a part of exciting challenge, apply for the position of:
SSC Director
SSC Director of newly created company will be involved from the very beginning in setting up the direction, strategy and then, day to day operation. The successful candidate will work on implementing collaboration culture, engagement and performance management. He/she will have a 4 direct reports ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in delivery.
The main responsibility will cover establishing SSC goals, participating in recruitment, defining service delivery model and customers standards. We expect from SSC Director to have at least 10 years of professional experience and 5 in managing and implementing SSC with the finance process (but not limited to).
Successful Candidate is a strong leader with academic degree (e.g. Business Administration), track record of working with senior management to build high performing teams and project management experience, including playing a leadership role in delivering success projects. Fluent English and German are necessary.
