The role will be responsible for managing a team of multi-lingual accounting specialist within SSC struture (AP and GL areas).
Duties:
Managing a team up to 20 people (individual and team meetings, division of tasks, motivation plans, coordination of daily work, annual evaluation, recruitment support, providing development solutions etc.)
Supporting day-to-day accounting operations within GL or AP process
Creating and maintaining strong business relationships with global business
Supporting the business in optimisation and stabilisation of accounting process, providing improvements, establishing goals
Core skills and experience:
At least 1 year of relevant experience in managing own team
At least 3 years of operational experience within accountacy (preferably SSC environment)
Deep knowledge of Accounts Payable or General Ledger
Good command of accounting tool (SAP preferred)
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of other European language will be a stron asset (German, French, Dutch, Finnish, Swedish, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Danish, Norwegian)
