THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Belgium.
This client is a giant in the market and maintains this position through constant innovation. They seek a talented addition to perform a heavy role in their fastest growing marketing department.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You are end responsible for the category marketing of the sweet segment. You do this on a global scale, so you travel 40% to 50% of your time, internationally, intercontinentally. Previous experience has acquainted you with many different markets and you know how to apply global strategy to the regional, local level. Technical knowledge of the product is a pre, not a must. What is crucial is a drive - to learn, to market, to succeed. You transform product groups to match your clients' needs. You have two direct reports but also lead the teams in many different locations, on multiple plants.

REQUIREMENTS
• MSc in Business, MBA
• 8 years of category marketing experience
• willingness to learn product technicalities
• able to motivate and coordinate teams
• close follower of market trends
• passionate about baked goods
