- Connect Manufacturing Standalone Equipment of Packaging Production lines to the Manufacturing Network and assures it remains operational in a validated condition.
- Implement OSI PI interfaces of Manufacturing Standalone Equipment
- Implement information exchange of PI to Maximo
- Support determination of the required information tag exchange
- Deliver required documentation and support execution GMP Change Control
- Review and verify that deliverables meet the GMP business / project needs, initiate corrective actions if needed.
- Manage project deliverable timelines and ensure appropriate communication/escalation to project manager
- Collaborate with subject matter experts for detailed and accurate analysis in different related area's
- Proven 5 yr experience in implementation of technical system interfaces (e.g. OPC, OSI PI) in a cross functional Pharmaceutical environment
- Knowledge and Experience in:
- Manufacturing Standalone Equipment based on PLC/IPC/HMI
- General Industrial Automation
- General Networks
- Pharma projects (GMP)
- Hands-on mentality
- Good understanding and experience of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Communicate professionally and effectively in English (verbal and written) with various stakeholders and Vendors
- Flexible to adapt into a dynamic environment, no 8 to 5 mentality
- Capable to plan/ coordinate self-directed work activities
- Works in a structured manner
- Proper documentation skills in writing of procedures and manuals
- Flexibility to work in projects of multi disciplinary teams
- High standards and result oriented
- Focus on Reliability and quality

Role Description
To ensure organizational readiness and sustainability on site for the company’s ongoing functional, geographical and operational expansion the candidate will be responsible for the following activities:- Connect Manufacturing Standalone Equipment of Packaging Production lines to the Manufacturing Network and assures it remains operational in a validated condition.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Automation or Process Engineering- Proven 5 yr experience in implementation of technical system interfaces (e.g. OPC, OSI PI) in a cross functional Pharmaceutical environment
- Knowledge and Experience in:
- Manufacturing Standalone Equipment based on PLC/IPC/HMI
- General Industrial Automation
- General Networks
- Pharma projects (GMP)
