Opis stanowiska pracy
In this role you will be in responsible for managing implementations of the platform across clients globally. You will communicate daily with clients and stakeholders across Europe and USA, understand and manage business requirements and translate them into usable solutions to be implemented within client’s business.
You will:
- Understand specific business requirements and transform them into generic solutions that can be used across multiple customers using SQL/web services tools.
- Implement re-usable connections to source systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP HR, Peoplesoft and Sales Force. You will use state of the art technology to make sure the data integration is as smooth and real-time as possible.
- Design and build applications using Azure cloud platform and the latest best practices and market standards.
- Design and build appealing operational and strategic reports and dashboards. Understand that reports should not only contain the correct information, but also need to look pretty and present data in an understandable format.
- Deploy and launch your solutions with the help from engineering and marketing team.
You have:
- Solid knowledge of the MS SQL Server/ Microsoft BI platform.
- Hands-on experience with SQL server, SSRS and SSIS.
- Hands-on experience with web services, Snaplogic or similar tools.
- Team player mindset with great communication skills in order to drive conversations with stakeholders.
- Fluent English.
- Passport without any restrictions to travel within Europe.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Project Management, Support & ITIL processes.
- Knowledge of HR/Benefits & Compensation and/or Sales Performance Management.
- Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR, Peoplesoft and/or Salesforce.
- General knowledge of Windows Azure infrastructure and cloud/SaaS business applications.
