Industrial equipment, international manufacturing company
Description
- Delivering all aspects of the Supplier Operations Quality Assurance function on an on-going basis in line with the Quality Management System and Quality Policy to ensure that the business's products and services are fit for purpose and meet customer expectations
- On site supply chain company verification
- Carry out supplier audits, create the audit reports
- Creation of Annual Supplier Audits Plans in cooperation with factories Purchasing Managers
- Manage the root cause analysis and corrective actions process of supplier quality issues
- Review supplier manufacturing processes, collaborate with suppliers on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities
- Create and Manage the Supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct benchmarking studies to determine best practices/designs and future trends
- Develop and manage of SQA team in the future.
Profile
- Master Degree At least 2-3 years of experience in the Supplier Quality Assurance
- English (mandatory), other languages would be preferred (German, Chinese)
- Experience with audits and ISO 9001 requirements would be preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A self-starter, motivated and able to positively motivate others
- Excellent organisational and follow-up skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Driver's License
