TOMS POLSKA is looking for PRODUCTION PLANNER to be part of our new prestige project of establishing a new chocolate factory in Nowa Sól.
Responsibilities:
Creating and monitoring of production schedules for all production lines (weekly, daily plans),
Prepare middle term plan including capacity of line, labor availability, row materials, LT etc.
Materials requirement planning and activities related to days of stock management and control for finished goods , semi-finished goods , packaging and raw materials,
Transports planning,
Close collaboration with other departments: production, warehouse, maintenance, IT,
Close cooperation with subcontractors and suppliers,
Production monitoring, usage of materials monitoring,
Phase in and out control,
Cooperation with sister plants in terms of delivering finished goods on time according to requirements.
Requirements:
PC literate and working knowledge of Microsoft Office,
ERP systems knowledge will be an advantage ( SAP and APO),
Good verbal and written English communication skills,
Experienced user of MS Excel,
Problem-solving and decision-making skills,
Ability to work under time pressure,
Accurate,
Must be self-motivated, results and action oriented,
Proactive.
