While working on this position your responsibilities will include providing excellent service in order to meet internal standards, ensuring that all customers’ queries are resolved to their satisfaction and providing accurate information to the customers. Moreover, your responsibility will be to cooperate with team-members and team leaders to adhere company’s policies and procedures
The successful Candidateshould speak fluent Frenchand good English. Experience in customer service or in tourism sector would be an asset. The Candidate should have great interpersonal and organisation skills, good stress tolerance and should be flexible to work in different hours.
