Currently for one of our Client we are looking for an enthusiastic, determined, full of energy and ideas person to join Customer Service Desk team in Order Management. Team consists of fifteen highly engaged and experienced people who are focused on providing Customers with highest level of services. The job itself is interesting and provides lots of challenges. It keeps you developing. Definitely, you will not experience routine here.

What you'll need to succeed
• Experience in customer service desk or logistic, export or supply chain area
• Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
• Excel, Word and Outlook professional working competency
• Logical thinking and multitasking mindset
• Pro-active customer approach and highly developed interpersonal skills
• Teamwork spirit
• Projects, ideas, improvements orientation
• Creativity, open mind and a sense of humour would be an asset
• Language skills:
Internal corporate language: English B2 level required
Working with Customers: Other European language (e.g. German) - nice to have

Your new role
- Being part of Customer Service Desk in Order Management for Business Unit ICS
- Being responsible for coordinating End-to-End Order Management Process
- Create SAP Sales orders and be responsible for Sales orders coordination
- Being first point of contact for final customers in Poland and Eastern Europe
- Coordinate information flow between customers, transport team, warehouse, stakeholders and Sales team
- Assisting customers in solving problems and incidents
- Perform claim management through the internal Quality Notification System
- Sustain good relations with customers
- Take part in process improvements, projects and ideas
