What you will do:
- Working as part of the Education and Engagement team, you will work with colleagues globally on Compliance and Sustainability related awareness projects.
- You will work with partners to understand requirements, set realistic timelines and success factors, advise on the best materials and formats to create maximum engagement and impact from their project
- You will use your curiosity to identify innovative approaches to the way we engage and educate the business
- You will understand and research current and emerging trends in adult learning and apply them to the materials we create to maximum effect
- You will participate in planning and evolving our learning and development strategy and approach with the rest of the Education and Engagement team
- You will work closely with our Content Creator to ensure that output is of a high standard and uniform quality
What you will bring
- Fluent English speaker and communicator
- MINIMUM 2-3 years’ experience within a corporate training environment
- Educated to Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and simply within your team, project groups and other business areas
- Recent experience in developing a range of training and communication materials
- Proficiency with MS Office products (particularly PowerPoint and Word)
Nice to have
- Experience with video authoring and editing tools
- Experience in an LMS authoring tool
- Experience with storytelling and behavioural based learning
