To achieve our ambitious growth goals we are currently looking for a new colleagues in our Data Management Operation team.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will support the various departments in all matters relating to the investment process and will be able to contribute with your specialist knowledge to the working groups and projects within the Company;
- In addition, you will coordinate the operational details of investment change processes and the acquisition feasibility of alternative investments with our European custodians as well as with internal departments.
Your tasks will include the following:
- Coordination of the accounting presentation and information supply of alternative investments including their custody possibilities with our custodians.
- - Technical support of onboarding projects like launch of a new fund or asset manager change for questions related to fund accounting, middle office and administration operations support.
- - Contractual coordination in German and English of the operational and technical processes with our custodians and other partners.
The successful candidate will bring the following:
- University degree in economic related areas (banking, accounting, finance, business);
- Several years' professional experience in the investment management company operations, banking operations;
- Knowledge of different investment products / finance instruments, especially alternative investments (Private Equity , hedge funds) and securities, loans, funds, fixed deposits, etc
- Proficient in MS Office (in particular Excel) and conventional information systems;
- Experience in working with fund accounting system;
- Very good knowledge of English (in writing and speaking);
- good knowledge of German (in writing and speaking);
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Very good attention to details and ability to work toward tight deadlines.
