ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you are part of the Customer Service department and assist in the Customer Service department with contributing to the commercial order management and activities related to commercial supply chain. You are responsible to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
As a customer service associate you are mainly responsible for three activities; order management, shipment management and call handling.

- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Response to customer queries
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent in English and Spanish and a preferred third language
- 1/2 years of experience in Customer Service
- Experience in working with MS Office
