Our Client is an international brand, one of the leaders in its industry, operating on the global scale. Due to expansion of the operations in Kraków, the Finance Centre is growing and looking for Leader to manage new project and team of internal control.
On this position you will be mainly responsible for leading the process to define Group SOX Policyand controlling financial control frameworks and methodology. You will manage implementation of effective financial control frameworks at a local or Group-wide level and represent Group SOX Policy and Controls or local finance functions in external, internal discussions and financial risk mitigation strategies. Moreover you will develop and provide guidance and support to stakeholders at the Group, segment, regional and BU levels as well as perform quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality risk and control execution.
Successful Candidates should present experience (above 5 years) in internal or external audit(preferably in Big4 companies) together with very good English skills (German skills are also required). Experience in team management is essential as well as project management skills. Knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes, negotiation skills and ability to adjust to dynamic environment are pre-requisite.
