Your new role
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements
- Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
- Identifying and screening potential candidates.
- Review applications and resumes to pre-screen candidates
- Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
- Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles
- Organizing and conducting online interviews
- Managing the company’s candidate database
- Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
- Measure and report on recruiting metrics
- Participate in various stages of candidate attraction strategies and hiring events
- Talent Acquisition internal and external communications (job postings, new hire announcements etc.)
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven work experience as a Sourcer or similar role on IT Cadidates market
- Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
- Higher education (preferred fields of study: sociology, psychology, HR or similar)
- Fluent in English
- PC literacy in MS office -Word, Excel & PowerPoint is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-structured approach
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good prioritization and coordination skills
