Your new role
Based on our dynamic growth we are looking for a Senior Sourcing Partner with German and English who will provide sourcing activities for our PO Client (well known American company).
What you'll need to succeed
Your role will be to develop and deliver candidate attraction strategies, effectively manage the talent pool of Candidates, conducting screening calls with internal and external Candidates, short-listing appropriate Candidates, liaising with Hiring Managers to sell your candidates to them, providing feedback and reporting activities, and arranging interviews as required. Constant development on your specific market is required to further support the client’s growth. You will need to ensure that the recruitment SLA’s are met, while following Client compliance procedures.
We are looking for multilingual, dynamic professionals with strong abilities of multitasking and good organizational skills. Ideal candidate is a good team player with flexible approach. As you will be responsible for recruitment projects, language jobs and different niche roles, you need to be fluent in English and German. IT literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is a must. We’re looking for an individual who is highly motivated, has great attention to detail and thrives on working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
