Requirement:
We offer:
- actively participate to the definition of the needs,
- solicit offers from suppliers and analyze proposals,
- negotiate with suppliers the key terms such costs, lead-time, contractual terms while ensure compliance with technical industry requirements,
- prepare the analysis of the offers and participate to the selection of the suppliers,
- manage potential claims with suppliers,
- identify and obtain cost improvement of purchased materials and services through negotiation and process improvements,
- apply processes and procedures to continuous improvement.
- supplier identification: identify new potential vendors located in Eastern Europe for the Company Business,
- supplier relationships: develop the relationships with vendor and act as a facilitator,
- supplier negotiation: deal with the commercial item with supplier and negotiating price (RFQ-Process, commercial & contractual bid evaluation.
Requirement:
- +7 years of experience in a supply chain organization,
- experience as Project buyer (Supply Chain degree),
- has ideally work in the technical, aerospace, mechanical engineering or Oil & Gas industry as a buyer,
- has ideally a technical background for mechanical component procurement,
- fluent in English (TOEIC 850 or equivalent), professional language skill in German will be appreciated,
- willing to travel to support emergent project issues/supplier development.
