On behalf of our Client, a multinational packaging production company, providing specialized and sustainable material solutions, we are currently looking for candidates interested in the position of Process Specialist Source to Pay (Accounts Payable) in their EMEA and LATAM Teams.
Your new role
Accounts Payable roles focus on managing end-to-end transactional payables process, improving process reliability and service level, increasing overall quality and automation, but also capturing value on the key focus areas.
Your daily tasks will include performing activities like invoice booking, payments, VAT related, GRIR, filing, etc. You will follow the up-to-date operational procedures, and adhere to the standardized process landscape. It will be your responsibility to timely identify potential issues and make appropriate escalations and ensure all the up-to-date operational procedures are maintained, documented and executed. You will also organize timely communication upon the inquiries from internal/external “customers”/concerned groups and participate in the implementation of quality / continuous improvement projects.
Since the role will function in a newly established team and will require cross functional cooperation, you will have to be able to build and maintain positive work relationships with members of other teams to whom information is provided to or gathered from. Your initiative and approach will be vital in creating good working atmosphere and ensuring “customer” satisfaction.
What you’ll need to succeed
To apply for the role you will need a minimum of 3 years of solid accounting experience. A Bachelor, Certificate or diploma in accounting, business administration or economic science or related field will be a great addition. An important part of getting you up to speed quickly would be a good respective SAP module knowledge. Previous experience in Shared Services Center will definitely help you to adjust to working with us quicker as well.
The vital point of the role will be communicating with the EMEA/LATAM team, hence English and Italian will be required at minimum B2 level.
