S&OP Supervisor / Manager
Proper candidate will work directly with Finance Director and will be fully responsible for S&OP process including sell out and sales volume planning. Candidate will act independently and will be support for future growth of the company.

For our Client, pharmaceutical company based in Warsaw, currently we are looking for S&OP Supervisor/Manager to join the Finance Department. Company is a part of global healthcare group registered in Ireland and running its business primary in North America and Europe but also Australia, Israel and China. Company in Poland is one of TOP 15 OTC players but also part of its business is done in mass market channel.
Description
- Sell out planning
- Sales volume planning in both pharma and mass market channel
- Support new product development process from S&OP perspective
- Measuring of forecasts accuracy (sell out and sales volumes)
- Constant process of implementing innovations and adjustments in the forecasting process in order to improve accuracy level
- Close cooperation with Sales, Marketing and Supply Departments
- Running regular cross functional meetings - S&OP and other ad hoc
- Support Sales team in assessment of profitability of clients and projects
- Other financial analysis including gross to net discounts/rebates
- Ensure full compliance with Company Policies and SOX procedures
Profile
- A qualified professional with a minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in international company, preferably in pharmacy organization
- University degree : economy or similar
- Experience in running and moderating meetings
- Pro-active hands-on, solution driven mentality, with attention to detail, Very good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent analytical skills
- Fluency in English is a must
- Knowledge of SAP system will be strong asset
