You will be responsible for software implementation process: contact with client, collecting data related with customer needs, software implementation and configuration, support preparation. As an Software Implementation Specialist you will have regular contact with clients from different countries and industries.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful Candidate for this role you need to have experience with software implementation, data analysis, some experience with databases and ETL tools. You also need to have great communication skills and very good English level to build long-term relationships with customers and play an major point of contact for clients and your team members. Programming skills will be a huge asset.
