For our Client, one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organisation located in Kraków, we are currently searching for a passionate person, interested in position of Software Engineer.
Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for development and maintenance of legacy PowerBuilderapplications and helping to prepare architectural solutionand support reengineering activities for the legacy applications in order to provide API enabled, micro service architecture. Your duties include developing the most appropriate IT solutions in line with the solution design, to meet customer needs and supporting in identification, and resolution of incidentsassociated with the IT service.
What you'll need to succeed
As a successful candidate you need to have at least two yearsof experience in working as Software Engineer so the knowledge on PowerBuilding technology and relational databases like Oracle or SyBaseis a must. You also need to have very good analytical skills and due to work in international environment you need to speak fluent English. You need to be familiar with JEE, Spring, CI/CD tools(e.g. Maven, Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub, SonarQube, Nexus). Moreover you need to have experience in test automation(JUnit, Selenium, TOSCA, JMeter, DevTest) and Agile Tooling(Jira, Confluence).
