Software Development Team Manager
You will be responsible for all software development as well as managing the team of 12 senior software developers in two different locations. You will manage a team focused on driving towards Agile delivery. You will be responsible for developing and leading the team and will have the opportunity to influence product vision and design of our systems.

Description
- Hands-on Development - Responsible for the planning, designing, creation, amending, verification, testing and documentation of new and amended software components in order to ensure that all delivery targets are met and that we deliver agreed value to stakeholders.
- Standards & Processes- Responsible for the identification, creation and application of agreed software development and security standards and processes. Adopting and adapting software development lifecycle models based on the context of the work and selecting appropriately from approaches
- Budgeting - Responsible for tracking all time spent on engagements across the team as well as reporting monthly on any external spend. Contributing to the annual budgeting process to ensure the team has the tools & subscriptions necessary to fulfil their remit.
- Stakeholder Management - Responsible for developing and building relationships across the team and beyond. Successfully gaining commitment and building trust from stakeholders
- ScrumMaster - Responsible for driving Agile methodology within the team, leading scrums, resolving problems and blockers as they occur and helping to unlock junior members of the team.
Profile
- Proven experience as a software developer
- At least 4-5 years of experience in team management
- Experience in managing a multicultural team spread across different locations
- Fluent level of English
