For one of our Client, international company, we are looking for a Software Development Manager.
Software Development Manager will be responsible for implementation, delivery and release of application development, oversee development resources working closely with the developer leads and QA’s from each team. The manager will be in charge of introducing processes to drive Test Driven Development and developer pairing/training, setting up and manage the devops. Manager will be responsible for recruiting and training world class development teams and identifying skills gaps. Ensuring that the company is compliant and secure for all applications, that organization is driving value from the digital eco system that they create and develop will be also a part of accountabilities.
We are looking for a person, who is experienced in team management who has strong technical knowledge in topics of Java, frontend (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) and MySQL database programming. The right Candidate for this role should present strong understanding or experience with MVC design pattern and experience in CDN technologies, caching strategies, web services, performance optimization and scaling strategies. The Candidate for this role should demonstrate success with application architecture, best practices and strategic technology planning. You must have organizational and project management skills and excellent interpersonal skills. Fluent English is mandatory.
