For Our Client, well known company with the office in Cracow, we are looking for English speakers to join Digital Services department.
While working at this position, you will be responsible for answering Client's queries via social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, online chat. Your job will be to check Client's ID in the system and to solve his problem, all time ensuring that you are working with accordance to company's policies and best quality customer support. There are no calls so that spoken English will be limited to internal communication.
We are looking for Candidates with excellent English: C1 level is a must!and ideally with some previous working experiences in customer service/ administration/ social media/ marketing. Openness and interest in social media are required. An ideal Candidate is detail- oriented and able to work under pressure of time.
The Company offers standard contract of employment with part-time working hours: 20 h/ week- you will be working 3 days/ week for 4 hours + 8 hours on Saturday. Salary at this position is 3000 PLN gross/ month + benefits.
