For our Client we are currently looking for qualified Candidates for the position of:
Smart Meeting Room Service Analyst
Location: Poznań
Job type: contract B2B (via Hays)
The analyst’s primary role is to support newly created Smart Meeting Rooms service globally for all Client business units, ensuring a high quality service is provided that meets the needs of the business.
The analyst is responsible for ensuring the service is operationally effective and meets defined SLA.
Smart Rooms is a new service providing solutions for all business units, totaling over 100 000 users, with WebEx and Skype integration to Cisco Collaboration endpoints.
Responsibilities:
• Support Smart Meeting Rooms globally (~600 rooms around the world) including incident and problem management
• Assist with customers’ queries via internal channels (Facebook Workplace, Skype, email)
• Interpret customer requirements and restate in terms of business requirements
• Engage GSK internal teams and vendors where appropriate
• Creative in contributing to continual service improvement and root cause analysis to contribute toward overall improved service stability and user satisfaction
Requirements:
• WebEx and Skype integration
• Cisco Collaboration
• CallManager
• Excellent customer service experience in software development processes
• communicative English
• good communication and teamwork skills
