- Develop KPI's
- Lead the improvement regarding the safety, health and environment procedures
- Semi responsible for the HSE vision and spread them to the Site
- Knowledge of IOSH or other safety processes
- Experience with risk assessment
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Experience working within a Food / Pharmaceutical or Chemical production company
- Experience in Production Offshore is also possible

This dynamic and ambitious organization is looking for a SITE HSE Manager. You will be responsible for the 4 cure safety values of the organization. Make sure that all the safety processes are managed and being improved., You will be responsible for the health safety and environment aspects of the Site.Responsibilities
- Improve, coordinate and manager safety regulations for several sites in Europe- Develop KPI's
- Lead the improvement regarding the safety, health and environment procedures
- Semi responsible for the HSE vision and spread them to the Site
Requirements
- Bsc. in Safety and Hygiene or similar study- Knowledge of IOSH or other safety processes
- Experience with risk assessment
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Experience working within a Food / Pharmaceutical or Chemical production company
- Experience in Production Offshore is also possible
