Your new role
We are currently looking for Candidates for a challenging role ofShopper Marketing Director, to be based in Warsaw. Shopper Marketing Director will be responsible for overall trade marketing activities management, taking into consideration sales cycles and also operational approach. He or she will create and implement shopper activation strategies, staying in close cooperation with both external and internal partners. Shopper Marketing Director will also plan and execute the budget and manage a team of direct reports, leading, inspiring, coaching and training employees.
What do you need to besuccessful?
We are looking for Candidates with solid managerial experience in relevant positions in marketing, sales or category management departments, gained at reputable and progressive FMCG companies.We expect fluency in English and excellent communication and negotiations skills, as well as business awareness and sense of ownership and independence.
