Requirements
The ideal candidate shoul posses the following skills:
o Deskside support
o MS applications
o COTS applications
o Able to use Remedy ticket system
o Bi-Lingual, Polish/English speaking
o Able to follow instructions to reboot servers/swap tapes (hands and eyes)
o Able to work closely with the Wipro help desk
o Build experience (laptop and desktop, Windows image)
• Technician needs to be reliable and experienced, good with users
