For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Service Transition Manager (part-time)
Location: remote
Branch: biotechnology
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: long-term cooperation
Rate: 100 – 140 PLN/h net on B2B
Working hours: flexible
Part-time (0.5 FTE)
Remote work: 100% remote

What will you do:
- Managing the timelines, budgets and resource scheduling
- Working with 3rd party vendor
- Change management related to transition and training of end-users
- Work with Client business to identify and/or refine requirements
- Interact directly with region-based IT Site heads and business stakeholders
- Preparing weekly status reports and identifying and managing any risks, issues and dependencies.
- Effectively communicating and escalating issues, roadblocks, and risks to management while maintaining responsibility for their resolution, to ensure the successful launch of each project
- Demonstrating thought leadership in discussions with business partners to ensure delivery of the most effective solutions for the identified business objectives
- Driving priorities and deadlines to completion

What we expect from you:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong Project management experience (ideally with transition of services)
- Domain knowledge related to Transition of Service management processes
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and in budget
- Pharmaceutical experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills; works well under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
- Ability to effectively drive execution and own responsibility for overall success of projects
- Ability to develop and follow complex communication plans, project plans, provides updates to senior level executives
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Technical proficiency and customer-facing skills
What would be a plus:
- ITIL Service Management certification
- ServiceNow knowledge
