Service Support Coordinator

Lokalizacja: Kraków

For our client, from IT sector - we are looking for Service Support Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage incidents, problems and changes according to agreed processes/volumes and priorities.
  • Engage relevant resources to ensure incidents, problems and changes are solved
  • Chair various conference calls to ensure effective governance for each process
  • Manage communications
  • Escalate issues to technical managers
  • Provide analysis and associated reporting
  • Identify and facilitate opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Ensure all documentation is kept up to date and covers all processes and procedures in the team’s scope
  • Provide training and guidance on ITIL and documentation to project and engineering team

COMPETENCIES:

  • Relationship Management
  • Basic awareness of most common IT systems (Network, Wintel, Unix, Databases)
  • Reporting and Data analysing
  • Quality Management
  • Project Management awareness

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Advanced knowledge of ITIL
  • Minimum working knowledge of ServiceNow & Google Suite
  • Nice to have experience with reporting and scripting for Google Sheets Gmail
  • Effective communication skills and ability to translate technical information into business language
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Strong adherence to quality processes and understanding of right first time approach
  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a IT Service Mgmt role (Incident, Change or Problem)
  • Very good spoken and written English

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Minimum ITIL V3 Foundation certificate
  • ITIL V3 Intermediate (preferred OS&A, RCV, SO or ST)
