Job Description
Your role will be concentrating on:
• defining and implementing company strategy for the service department
• searching for potential new clients in term of selling spare parts, outsourcing solutions and developing long-term cooperation with customers
• preparing long-term development plans and budget for service department
• leading the Service Engineers and Technicians team including recruiting, delegating tasks and motivating team
• cooperating with sales and project engineering departments in terms of consulting trade and technical offers
• resolving customers’ complains and monitoring their satisfaction
• creating specific service tools and policy (IT platforms, aftersales policy, 24 h service, guarantee agreement, price schedule, discount rates)
• incorporating the “best practice” theory when selecting vendors and products
• constant market analyzing and monitoring of competition activities, collecting customer feedback
• attending conferences and trade fairs
Requirements
If:
• you have technical degree (bachelor or master) in a mechanics, electronics, electro mechanics, electrotechnics or engineering and others
• you have 5 years of professional experience in a successful managing the service or technical department (preferred in companies operating in HVAC or wood sector, production machine producers etc.)
• you have demonstrated knowledge of Service Sales marketplace (both commercial and technical)
• you have high level of autonomy and dynamism
• you have the ability to be flexible, decisive and analytical thinking
• you have a good knowledge of English
