For our Client - Financial Institution with well-developed IT Department, we are looking for Service Quality Manager.

Your new role
This role is strongly connected with effective communication with Technical Specialists, Global Product Owners, Release Managers and other team members. As a Service Quality Manager you will be responsible for improvement of service management process execution and provide guidance in this matter. Providing the best practice in control and quality management is one of key activities on this position. In addition to this, you will develop risk mitigation practices and incidents assessment.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a person who collaborated with vendors in an international environment and has experience in problem, incident, and change management. Another important requirement is Business Continuity and Service Delivery knowledge as well as analytical skills to solve complex problems. Moreover, you need to have very good English skills (B2/C1) due to multinational work environment.
