The role is a part of Service Operation department and will be responsible to support Service (Technical Service) business and will be under direct subordination of Team Leader.

Very close cooperates and supports the Service Sales Specialist or/and Service Manager with opportunities and quotes generation. Service Operations Specialist will be also responsible for providing other Service business related administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports internal sales methods in order to optimize quality of service business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Supports Service Sales Specialist with all issues related to pricing calculation and system up-date
  • Responds promptly to Customers inquiries and follow-up quotations to secure orders
  • Works on allocated opportunities, analyze in cooperation with Business Analyst the installed base, and generate offers as required.
  • Generates proposals for the renewal, extension of existing contracts.
  • Introduces new products and service upgrades, support on price calculation.
  • Collects Purchase Orders from Customers
  • Resolves order related problems and queries, implement corrective and preventing actions in order to ensure an excellent standard of after sales service.
  • Creates in timely manner Service Invoices
  • Prepares reports as assigned relative to activity, lost orders, closings, follow-up.
  • Provides effective sales data, including the timely recording of quotation platforms and order ratio’s (including lost order reports) and analysis of sales performance against targets.
  • Uses the available systems, platforms, applications and programs, in order to successfully fulfill position's tasks.
  • Performs other administrative tasks like FCO distribution and closure (10 % of time) and other task assigned by Team Leader

 

Relevant knowledge, skills and competencies

  • Technical or economical university and technical understanding
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or service sales roles
  • English – advanced level (English speaking environment)
  • Any other following European language (German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian)  - at least upper-intermediate level
  • PC skills: Word, Excel knowledge advanced
  • Knowledge of SAP and other CRM system is a strong advantage
  • Working knowledge of CLM (Service Max) will be the asset
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external audience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Goal oriented, outcome focus and deadline driven
  • Excellent time organization
