As Part of HLAGs brand new Service Enablement Team you will drive digital workspace collaboration by building and running our internal Atlassian based application with the goal to create one central collaboration experience for our 16k employees.

For our location in Gdansk we are looking for a Service Enablement Team Leader.
Your new role:
As Part of HLAGs brand new Service Enablement Team you will drive digital workspace collaboration by building and running our internal Atlassian based application with the goal to create one central collaboration experience for our 16k employees.
- Deliver, operate and maintain IT Service and Software Management platforms eco-system ensuring its stability and customer satisfaction
- You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the solutions from requirements analysis in the beginning, over the design and realization of a solution to the successful operations and optimization
- Coordinate last-tire technical support, solution release upgrades and extensions
- Managing a team of Atlassian specialists
What you'll need to succeed:
- Completed apprenticeship or university degree in computing, IT or a numerate discipline
- Hands on experience on enterprise level IT Service and Software Management processes and platforms implementation, maintenance and management, based on the Atlassian solutions
- Experience in ITIL service management and SCRUM
- Very good command over written and spoken English
- Independent and responsible working style as well as good team player skills
- Methodical skills and efficient way of working
