Service Desk / Help Desk Professional Level 1
Location: Berlin
Job type: Contract B2B
Responsibilities:
- SL1 support for current and future systems, applications, and technologies,
- Support will be provided to a customer’s internal and external users in English and in cooperation with SL2 and internal IT support teams.
- Knowledge of a wide range of ICT technologies to quickly resolve incidents and validate and implement changes requested according to accepted procedures in the current and future Dev/Test/Prod environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
- Experience required: JIRA/Confluence, Axway Gateway, Apache ActiveMQ, Fuse, WSO2ESB, Talend, Apache Tomcat, Nagios, IIS, MS DNS, MS Active Directory, LDAP, MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle DB, Windows Server 2008R2/2012R2 network infrastructure and Active Directory Domain Services, Microsoft SCCM 1606, SQL server, MS Dynamics, MS SharePoint, Microsoft WSUS, MS Exchange 2013, MS DFS-R/DFS-N, MS Certificate Services PKI, MS Remote Desktop Services, MS Active Directory Federation Services, Microsoft Intune, O365.
- Nice to have: network and security (firewalls, web and security proxies, routers, switchers, and load-balancers), technical administration of TCP/IP fundamentals and security policies, administrating Linux/Unix-based and Windows OS, bash shell, and PowerShell scripting at SL1 level or McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator 5.3.0, managing Dev/Test/Prod VMWare infrastructures for provisioning new VMs, virtual switches, and capacity changes on-premise, at the hosting provider, and in the cloud.
