For our Client, well-recognised manufacturer of construction materials, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Service Desk Team Leader.
Y our new role
Holding this position you will lead, motivate, and develop Infrastructure Support team to ensure delivery of IT Support of the highest quality to the company’s employees worldwide, establish relationships with middle to senior management and stakeholders, manage risk as well as schedule and allocate team members to meet business demands. What is more, your duties will also include contributing and participating in identifying overall service improvements as well as identifying opportunities for further efficiency and automation.
What you'll need to succeed
As a successful Candidate you need to possess University Degree as well as at least 3 years of experience in IT Support & Service Desk. Knowledge of MS Exchange, WSUS, SCCM, AD, GPO, DNS, Switches, APs, wireless controllers, IP address, LAN design, MobileIron, Skype, IP telephony and strong troubleshooting skills are also required on this position. If you have experience with ServiceNow and Office 365, it will be considered as your additional asset. Very good English is a must
