For our Client, an international company located in Katowice we are looking for a person interested in the role of Service Desk Specialist with Spanish.
Your new role
As Service Desk Specialist with Spanish you will be responsible for attending to users' calls to the service desk, reporting incidences and service request based on user’s info as well as resolution of incidences and service request at Service desk level. The actions and the results done must be reported in the corporate tool. Moreover, you will be following up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate should have knowledge of all actual Windows systems and its basic issues as well as Microsoft Office products. Additionally you should speak Spanish and English languages on min. B2 level. Polish language is also required. Moreover, you should have minimum of Bachelor's degree and effective communication skills.
