Your new company

The company is a global law firm, employing lawyers in more than 40 countries across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. Its clients range from multinational global companies to start-ups developing leading technologies. They include more than half of the Fortune 250 companies and almost half of the FTSE 350 companies, as well as governments and public sector bodies. In Warsaw alone, the IT department employs about 100 people divided into several teams.

Your new role

- Responsibility to respond to calls for support
- Resolving or escalating to the appropriate team
- Flexibility in the type of support given
- Build relationships
- Dealing with tickets/mails

What you'll need to succeed

- Very good English Level (Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian will be a plus)
- Communication ("soft skills")
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows
