For our Client - the worldwide provider of professional services located in the city centre of Warsaw, we are currently looking for Service Desk Analyst.
On this position you will be responsible for providing first/second level of technical guidance for internal client. You will support end-users via ticketing system in hardware and software issues. You will also manage domain accounts using Active Directory, Exchange mailboxes, Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook.
An ideal Candidate should have at least 1 year of professional experience on similar position. We are seeking Candidates with strong communication skills and experience in customer service.. Fluent English is a must.
