For our client in the manufacturing industry we are looking for a person who has experience or wants to start in the IT Customer Support area. Knowledge of English and German is a must.

Our client is an international Group with Western European capital. Their core business is the fracturing of industrial chemical products. There is a central organization focusing on all IT functions to which this position is allocated.
Description
* Investigate, resolve and escalate all tickets reported to the Service Desk * Act as ticket owner and lead communication with requestor for incident life cycle * Achieve a high 1st level resolution rate/adequate documentation * Initial assessment of the incident /service request * Resolve in case possible and in line with internal procedures and personal authorization level * Escalate to 2nd level / dispatch local onsite support in case physical * Contribute to knowledge management
Profile
* You have 1 + years experience in Infrastructure support service desk or relevant experience in supporting user desktops * You are familiarity with desktop OS (Windows 7 / Windows 10) * You have basic knowledge about troubleshooting of applications running on OS (Outlook, MS Office, SCCM) * You have experience basic hardware issues troubleshooting / drivers support * Fluent English and German required
