SERVICE DESK AGENT WITH GERMAN OR SPANISH

Responsibilities:
Service Desk Agent will be responsible for comprehensive customer service in English and German or Spanish, to respond to telephone and e-mail for all customer queries.
Specific tasks:
- Assisting customers in solving problems and incidents
- Answering customers’ related unpaid invoices queries
- Providing technical support to Company employees
- Maintaining positive relations with internal Clients
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service desk is welcome
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of accounting would be an advantage
- Minimum certificate of secondary education (preferably an University degree)
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Strong motivation to work
- Knowledge how to set priorities
- Ability to work under pressure
- German or Spanish fluent
- English good
